Summary

This course will provide two different aspects of employment law. The first will present the best practices for use in your law firm to help you avoid having one of your employees filing suit against you. The second will teach you how to assess if a potential client has an employment litigation action, the essential steps to take when an action exists and how to educate your clients on the critical issues involved.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You are no longer in need of the verification code that is announced within the recorded program, as attendance is no longer tracked in that manner. Instead, we have added prompts every 25 minutes throughout the recorded program that you MUST click on, as that is how your attendance will now be tracked for the New York State CLE Board. Failure to click on the prompts will result in no credit being awarded.
