Join our panel which includes plaintiff counsel, defense counsel and experienced court reporters as they guide you through the process of handling video depositions. After completing this course, you will be prepared to conduct your first EBT remotely. Topics will include: logistics and mechanics of setting up an EBT, technology best practices, preparing your witness, and the handling of exhibits. The course will also include a demonstration of an actual examination of a “party witness.”
