This presentation will cover the three-step analysis for breaking down complex motor vehicle accidents. The steps include looking at the individual, the instrumentality, and the environment involved. A case illustration involving a high speed police chase will be used to show how the steps can take a complex situation and make it understandable for both the attorney and the jury.
