This program will focus on the unique issues involved in insurance coverage disputes - with particular attention paid to the practical benefits of resolving these disputes via Mediation. Our panel will discuss the means and methods of resolving these disputes in the context of various claims, fact patterns, parties, policies, and types of damages. This program is a must see for all attorneys who litigate coverage issues or who are drawn into coverage disputes in the course of their practice.
