This course will address succession planning options for attorneys, including highlighting the differences between an internal succession plan, an external plan, and a contingency plan in the event of an attorney's unexpected disability or death. Topics will include reviewing the numerous NY Rules of Professional Conduct involved with succession planning for lawyers. The Diversity portion of the course will address diversity, inclusion, and elimination of bias opportunities that the upcoming retirement of tens of thousands of Baby Boomer attorneys presents to the legal profession.Expand summary
