Summary

Civil practice can be complicated, but civility and small tweaks in the way you practice can help avoid costly mistakes. This program will discuss tips that will help practitioners both avoid mistakes and move their cases along more smoothly. Topics will include common mistakes made during the discovery process, underutilized/proper usage of of discovery devices such as the Notice to Admit, the importance of the Bill of Particulars, and understanding the difference between an "Amended" BP and a "Supplemental" BP.
