This course will teach you how to investigate, credibly claim and prove pre-impact and pre-death damages at trial. Presenters, Bernadette Panzella and Sue Karten, will discuss the strategies they used to find witnesses, elicit testimony, and establish the terror leading up to the death of the victims of the 91st Street crane collapse.
