These changes, effective February 1st, affect appearances, conferences, communications with the court, filing of papers, discovery, interrogatories, privilege logs, depositions, TROs, orders to show cause, motions, oral argument, trial and pretrial practice and more. This is a must-watch program for all civil court practitioners.
