Stress and anxiety can impact judgment, professional performance and organization. This can lead to errors that have ethical implications. Andrea Bonina and Dr. Fritz Galette discuss what you can do to manage your stress and stay compliant with the Rules of Professional Conduct. Andrea Bonina is the Chair of the Grievance Committee for the Second, Eleventh and Thirteenth Judicial Districts and is certified in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance. Dr. Fritz Galette is a New York State Licensed Psychologist and the Director of Positive Psychology Associates PLLC.
