Join Kevin Mulhearn, the lead Plaintiff's attorney in the Poly Prep case, for an overview of the newly passed Child Victims Act. The Act allows survivors of childhood sexual abuse to seek prosecution against their abusers until the age of 55 and includes a one-year revival window for previously barred cases. Topics will include: screening potential cases, pleadings, record collection and discovery, proving damages, ethical advertising and more.
