Join our experts as they explore the impact of explicit and implicit bias inside and outside the courtroom. They will discuss leading edge developments and new research about how perceptions of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age and disability impact the legal community and how one's underlying attitudes and judgments may affect the legal profession more generally. Attendees will get an inside look at the ABA’s new “Bias Study” from the lead researchers on the project and will have an opportunity to explore and experience the topic in-depth. The seminar will provide 2 Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias CLE credits, a new MANDATORY credit category for experienced attorneys (beginning with those reporting in July 2018).
