Summary

Our esteemed panel will provide a detailed discussion of the various stages of an employment dispute.  They’ll also discuss the considerations given to arbitration and/or mediation vs. pursuing litigation in the court system or various agencies.  A focus on benefits of Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) will be provided, as well as comparisons between ADR and court processes.

*For experienced attorneys only
Please note that as of 1/1/26, the NYS CLE Board requires all newly admitted attorneys to complete Skills credits in the traditional live classroom setting or by fully interactive videoconference (group participation only).  This on-demand program does not fulfill that requirement for newly admitted attorneys.
