Project Hope is NY’s COVID-19 Emotional Support Helpline providing free, confidential and anonymous support from a trained Crisis Counselor available from 8am-10pm, 7 days a week.
Crisis Text Line

New York City Bar Lawyer Assistance Program
Confidential hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, providing attorneys, judges, law students and their family members, in New York City, who are struggling with alcohol or drug abuse, depression, anxiety, stress, as well as other addictions and mental health issues.
