Summary

The best trial lawyers have an excellent command of their body language and voice and use them to persuade and communicate with judges, jurors, colleagues and clients, whether in-person or in live video. For any savvy legal professional, these are fundamental skills to have, yet mastering them is easier said than done. This training will teach participants how to use body language, voice, and presence to instill a sense of trust, competency, and empathy.

Please note that as of 1/1/26, the NYS CLE Board requires all newly admitted attorneys to complete Skills credits in the traditional live classroom setting or by fully interactive videoconference (group participation only). This on-demand program does not fulfill that requirement for newly admitted attorneys.
